The first step is to have an initial assessment session where you can talk through your situation and the things that are troubling you. I’ll be able to answer any questions you may have about therapy, and then together we will decide the next step. There is no obligation to carry on with counselling following the assessment session, and I will be able to suggest other sources of support if appropriate. If you decide that you want to proceed, we will arrange a regular weekly appointment.
